SHIPPING

• Orders ship within 2-5 business days after placing your order. We ship worldwide via DHL Express,( 3-5 business days delivery time), Kindly note we use the address provided during check out, confirm your address to prevent delivery to the wrong address.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless its an error made by us or you received a defective or damaged item
• Shipping costs are not inclusive of custom taxes, buyers are responsible for import and custom  taxes that may apply.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

• We hope you are pleased with your purchase. If you wish to return anything you bought from us we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition.
• Returns should be made within 14 days after order delivery. If we find that the item returned to us is defective or damaged we reserve a right  to refuse a refund on the item.
• If you are returning an item due to an error on our part or is defective/damaged we will issue a full refund or send another item to you and refund  shipping costs incurred sending it back to us.
