This policy explains when and how returns and refunds are accepted.
Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns if:

Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Photographic evidence of the damage or defect must be provided when making the claim.
How to Initiate a Return

Wait for our team to review and approve your return request.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to the unique, limited nature of our handcrafted products. If you want another item, you will need to place a new order once your refund (if any) is processed.
Non-Delivery or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local courier office.

Africazola.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
